Hello All - I am purchasing a property from owner directly in Texas (Austin land area). Wanted to know which document or documents do I need to make the transfer from seller to me (as a new buyer). Greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Sal

There are so many pitfalls even if you knew what you were doing. All you really need is a deed but do you know if there are any liens, judgements, unpaid taxes, unpaid hOA, marital status any many more potential issues

Find a local title company to close the deal
