How to find Money Lenders

I am fairly new to Real Estate Investing.. We have our first fix and flip that we are getting close to being done with. My mom funded this deal but I have multiple houses under contract that are good rental properties and are basically move in ready. I am having trouble finding private money lenders. 

Any and all advice would much appreciated!
