where do i find the meaning of these abreviations

Hello All

 First let me say to all the verteran on BP thank you for your service and sacrifice.  Without that the country wouldn't be as great as it is.

Also is there a place where I can down load the meanings of some terms use. like ROI,LTV, I actually know what those first two are but I'm running in to things like that ALL THE TIME and can find a place where I can crack the code. also if I could find the definition of those it would also be helpful. Thank for any help you can provide
