Selling Backcountry Property

Does anyone have experience or know someone who does selling backcountry, hunting cabin or bugout type properties? My in laws have a property in the Colorado back country that they have had since 2008 and have had it on the market since then. It's a gorgeous house on I believe 40 acres, and is a great property. Due to its remoteness it's obviously been a hard sell. It is listed with a broker who does do ranches etc, but certainly any other approach would be appreciated as it's been for sale for years.

Thanks!

@Daniel J. - Any property that has been on the market for 9 years is either priced too high and/or has some other issues.   There are people who want remote properties so that isn't the issue (there are folks like my husband who'd love be be more remote!).  If you get a pro/plus membership you can post it here and/or find a new agent.  There are also websites specifically for farm/ranch land that you might want to try.

Best of luck!

ps. I think we passed through your neck of the woods a couple of years ago on our way to Anahuac!
