Since I'm trying to learn from successful people's work strategies. I've seen that most of the richest people's investment portfolio includes REI in major part. Other than that stocks, bonds, etc.

I am curious about the portfolios of successful people at BiggerPockets forums. How did you diversify it? And also what are your suggestions for new beginners? How to build portfolio to minimize the risk and maximize cashflow.
