I have an investor. Next steps
Currently I'm sitting with $70k in the bank, ready to invest. After speaking with a good friend he too is ready to invest with just shy of $100k. Should we keep our money seperate, as well as portfolios? Or should we colaboarate ? We are currently looking at $1.5-$2 million dollar apartment complexes, 40+ doors. For the folks with experience investing this type of money with another investor, what type of issues have you ran into ? Would we even get approved for such a loan? The Columbus market is at a premium currently, and I can not see that changing any time soon.
Thanks !
