Hello,

I've been searching these forums last a month and found a "ton" of information. My partner and I have 3 condos in Hallandale, Sunny Isles Beach and Coral Springs since 2010. We are looking to buy more buy-and-keep options with good NOI. Where is the best place to find a good deals? Auctions, MLS, RE agents, Zillow, Craiglists, wholesaleâ¦..? We also would be interested to buy properties for flips. Can someone on this forum offer service for rehab? We are from CANADA and it will be long-distance relationship. Any advices would be appreciated J
