Thank you Andres! Yes, we are looking for good cashflow options and I'm totally agree about the "comfortable" areas. We have stable relationship with lawyers, real estate agent, accountant, maintenance guys..... And it works especially when this managed from long distance. For the new investment properties in another counties we will have to find new "team".

I've been searching these forums last a month and found a "ton" of information. My partner and I have 3 condos in Hallandale, Sunny Isles Beach and Coral Springs since 2010. We are looking to buy more buy-and-keep options with good NOI. Where is the best place to find a good deals? Auctions, MLS, RE agents, Zillow, Craiglists, wholesaleâ¦..? We also would be interested to buy properties for flips. Can someone on this forum offer service for rehab? We are from CANADA and it will be long-distance relationship. Any advices would be appreciated J
