You may want to go to (oh good grief) OHIO!!!! The top 4 locations for 2010 growth are Ohio. Interesting to me that only 2 areas in FL are still on the worst list for 2010. I was feeling it was too late here. Check out the 25 worst and the 25 best. Small midwest looks good. Ca and Vegas look bad. Rich in FL.

This is really depends on who you believe. AOL has a list of the "Fastest dying cities" Toledo, OH which is #4 on the "Top growing cities" is also #6 on AOL fastest dying ones.

Meantime Pittsburgh which is #25 (The last one) on the list you mentioned, is #3 on the road to recovery aaccording to CNN /Money
