Moving to Irvine California , any city that's investor friendly n
hi everyone, I will be moving from New York to California. I know california is not landloard friendly area and there is not many good deals on ROI .
Any city near by that you guys can Recomend for me to invest around?

How about Irvine, CA? ... lots of money to be made there, and any and all surrounding areas. It is the investor's skill that finds and creates the ROI, not the market ... find a successful local investor (there are many), find a way to add value to their operation, and in the process learn how they are succeeding.
