Texas area, is this listing good for investor?

been checking in Houston area for investor property for a while. 

Saw this one today. Any one think this will be good deal?

I would pass if I were you. Even though the price no doubt looks dirt cheap, your return on investment would be very little even on a cash purchase. My guess is the rent would be +-$700 and the HOA fee is currently $332 which is almost 50% of the rent. Add on property taxes,PM, repairs and vacancies and my guess is you are close to a break even

Many many years ago, I owned several one and two bedroom condos in the Fondren area and other areas of Houston that I purchased for <$8000 each.  Always a struggle to keep them rented especially the one bedrooms as the availability to go section 8 is limited on a one bedroom.  The day I sold the last one was a very good day!
