Probate with realtor

Hi bp, I'm learning as much as I can about probate leads and I'm a little confused on wether I need a realtor in the buying process or not? If anyone can please help, that'll be great. I'm in Massachusetts if that helps

In Connecticut as long as the application for right to sell property has been filed and approved by the judge then it may be sold.  Either on the market, through assignment, double close...make sure you have a good closing attorneys or that the end buyer does so you don't get in a bad spot
