Building a Team in Phoenix and surrounding area

Hi I am a young entrepreneur that is finally taking the jump into real estate investing to be able to do something I love and to get out of the rat race. My goal is to be able to quit my 9-5 in the next 8 months and be a full time real estate investor. I have been lurking on the forums, watching videos, listening to podcasts, and reading books such as Think and Grow Rich. I have started going to local meetings and talking to other investors who are willing to "hold my hand" through my first deals. I've spent the last few weeks looking through listings from Craigslist to MLS and even wholesalers lists. I'm going to concentrate most of my time on single family buy and hold with some fix and flips I've found deals that the numbers all work and cash flow or profit. I'm at the point where my next step is to build a team investors, contractor, agents, fellow investors. I'm a believer that my network can not be to big. Any suggestions on private money, hard money, banks, best people to talk to for refinancing on brrr houses. Contractors that people have good reviews of, agents and wholesalers that are good with investors. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. As well as knowledge from fellow investors who are willing to share knowledge and experience I don't think you can ever have enough.

Hi @Andrew LeBaron I just saw this but I already sent you a colleague request after seeing your awesome post about wholesaling. I don't think a network can be to big, my biggest issue right now is coming up with the extra cash to fund down payments and have the extra cash to cover unforeseen expenses so I am venturing into wholesaling with a few seasoned people in the local group I started going to. I would love to learn more though as I don't believe it's possible for one person to learn everything on there own. Solid Relationships and networks are the key to success in my eyes.
