What do you use for banking in your rental business?

Hi all,

I'm starting this discussion because I'm curious as to what other landlords and property managers use for banking and money management within their portfolios. Currently, I create a new a checking account for each property that I buy. For myself, I want to keep all the transactions related to each individual property separate (that way I can just print out my statements when it comes time to do my taxes). Although I'm not sure if I can scale this, it works for now. With that being said, what do you all do?
