Hi everyone,

My wife and I are looking to learn more about lease options and seller financing. We've been doing a lot of research on it and understand it.  However we would like to talk with someone who is more experienced with it so that we can learn more about it. We live on Long Island, NY. Is anyone familiar with lease options and seller financing deals?
