Real Estate License 1st year
Hi bigger pockets
Ok so I think I'm going to go ahead and get my license next month. I currently work a full time job making 6 figures but I'm trying to transition into real estate investing full time by replenishing that income with real estate.
My goal is to be an investor and have my own business. I do not want to be a realtor for very long that's not the goal. I have heard that your first year as a realtor you don't make deals and that there's no way you can make 6 figures in your first year. Does anyone in the Nashville area have any success stories as a realtor in your first year?
Also can anyone give any advice on how getting my license can work in my favor for the end goal of investing.
Also does anyone have any great brokers I can work under?
