Hi BP Community! I would like to get some advice about contacting a homeowner of a abandoned property. I have been sending direct mailers to the owner for months now about the abandoned home and have not got a response. The property has taxes due back for two years now, but still no showing of any foreclosure. What steps should I take in order to get ahold of the owner and making an offer?
