Hey everyone I'm currently in GA Atlanta area I bought a house and currently house hacking. However my brother just moved up her from Florida and still owns his house and he doesn't really know what to do with it. I haven't run any numbers on what he owes or anything to see if it's a good deal. But my question is if it was a good deal what is a strategy where I could take over the payments or sublet the house I just want to hear some ideas and if I hear something that would be a good deal for both sides I would be able to get myself into a second house. Hope to hear from you all. Thank you Adam
