I'm looking to make connections with investors in the Seattle, Tacoma, Elma, or Aberdeen Washington area. I will be moving up there from Reno, NV for family reasons and I'm looking to doing more single handed wholesale deals in the immediate area. 

I'm looking to get some market details and any success or disaster stories from Investors in the area. Any input (good or bad) is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
