@Account Closed I invest remotely as well. I was just hoping to get into local wholesaling or rentals in the future. Is it a cold market up there? 

Thanks @Ruth Bayang, the first thing I will be doing is going to local meetups and really trying to connect with as many investors as I can. I've met a lot of great people on BP so I figured I would reach out here first before looking up the meetups.
