Holding Costs
So I have a question. When i have to calculate Holding Costs is that including the cost of the money i borrow or is that part all collected at the end of the deal? So if i don't add that in is all i am calculating Insurance, Utilities, and taxes?

@Jacob Pischer You should definitely include cost of money into your calculations.
