The Refinancing "R" in BRRR

Can any investors that are using the BRRR strategy shed some light on the Refinancing portion of the strategy?

I have my first flip under contract. The project will be funded in cash, but in the end, I'd like to pull my initial investment out and move on to the next deal.

The property will be in my company name. Any advice for which banks to seek my refi? Any advice at all will be hepful. I'd rather ask questions now, than to hit a wall then search for answers.

FYI I am in Philadelphia

I use Huntington which I think is regional and Chemical Bank which is local to Michigan.
