North Hutchinson Island ( Near Vero Beach)

Hello Everyone,

I am considering an opportunity to invest in multiple units ( 2 two bedroom, 1 one bedroom town homes) on the north part of the island and was wondering if anyone on Bigger Pockets was knowledgeable of that market in regards to short term rental possibilities through VRBO or something along those lines.  Also does anyone know of any future commercial development plans; i.e new restaurants, shops.
