Has anyone ever had any luck getting a large water and / or sewer bill from Cleveland Water or NEORSD reduced? Any tips would be appreciated.

C. Timothy Murphy III I work for the municipality I live in and I know if there is a big leak like that they will generally credit part of the sewer rate because it is higher than water rate. Our water sewer and trash are all included in water bill. You may have to provide receipts of bill from a plumber but may be worth it?? Hope this helps and good luck!
