Old mobile home on property

The wife and I are looking at a nice property on 5 acres. The owners lived in an old manufactured home while building the house around 1989. To put it bluntly the mobile home is trash and needs to be removed from the property. Has anyone ever needed to move or dispose of one, and if so what was the cost. It's about 1200 sq ft, 2b 1b on a concrete foundation.
