Buyers with impossible requests

Hi, BP WORLD can someone please explain to me why some buyers want to buy for $5,000 and only want to do $5,000 in repairs, this is not logical to me, if you buy at this price you have to know it needs a lot of repairs, are they coming from another galaxy and heard that they can buy a property for $5,000 move in ready with light cosmetic work. Can someone please tell me I'm on the right planet. Thanks BP WORLD
