Meetup in Phoenix?

I am a member of AZREIA and I have learned a lot from the meetings and workshops but I would also love to get together with other investors (new or experienced all is good) and meet other investors in a casual environment where we can just talk about investing and real estate and business. Maybe we could meet at a coffee shop or some other place. I didn't see a meetup for Phoenix. Would any Phoenix area investors be interested in something like this?
