I am just starting out in wholesaling, and I did a little research and I seen that in PA you are not supposed to use an assignment contract, is this true? If so, what contracts are you guys using?

Any advice will help as I am new to the business but very motivated to start closing deals!

Thank you,

Cody Hahn

Not sure were you got this info but it doesn't make sense and also not true. As a wholesaler you need an agreement of sale with the seller and then an assignment contract with your buyer. Period end of story.
