Land Trusts in Florida

Did you know that there is a way to hold property in Florida with out giving up who you are?  To me, keeping my name off of the public records is so important.  Walt Disney was able to buy all the property for Walt Disney World this way. The entity is called a land trust.  Lets discuss it!

@Kristine Baker I use land trusts all the time here in California and I know the work in all 50 states. Great tool and when combined with an LLC or SCORP you can have asset protection as well
