How Do I Evaluate Rehab Costs

Hey guys! So I am learning more and more about wholesaling properties each and every day. Tomorrow I will be making some visits to potential sellers and I wanted to know, what is the best way to calculate repair costs? I know the different repairs cost different amounts (foundation, new paint, new doors, etc.), but are there generalized prices for these repairs? Any and all feedback is appreciated. Thanks
