Have Boots on the Ground, want to get started in Cincinnati

Hey there,

Looking to expand my horizon.  I am an investor in Las Vegas.  I am actively marketing and have several leads a day coming my way.  Trouble is that it has been tough finding any deals where the numbers work. This has made me think that maybe I need to expand my horizons.  I have a partner that I have known for a long time and trust in Cincinnati.  I am thinking of actively marketing there as well and putting a team together. I have done a great job raising capital, putting a team together in Nevada and am ready to go, just need more leads coming in.  What would everyone say to this idea? Very open to feedback.  Thanks so much!
