BP in Omaha - "frothy" market

I'm listening to the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting.

Who was that who asked Warren about a perceived housing bubble? I'm not there physically, but heard "BiggerPockets" and "frothy" market in the same sentence.

Warren didn't see a bubble like we saw in 2008... but didn't seem bullish on buying residential property.
