First flip home
My business partner and I just closed on our first flip home. We are excited to get the rehabbing process started. I'm now running into the problem of wanting to start getting another house going as well but funds limit us to doing one house at a time. Is this a normal problem to have? Or should we invest in some rentals first to get some cash flow going so we can afford multiple flips at once?
Also a side note does anyone know how to get the pet pee smell out of a house? House has stained concrete floors and still has that smell. Do we need to pre treat he concrete with something before putting the flooring down?
TIA.
