I'm an investor in the middle of my first flip and looking to connect with whole sellers in the DFW area. Will be wanting to get right into another one once this one sells. Thanks, Johnny

My business partner and I are in the middle of flipping out first home. And we can't decide what would be a better path to go down after this flip. Should we keep flipping and pay off all of our debt then start doing rentals? Or start doing rentals right away to start cash flowing things? Thanks

My business partner and I just closed on our first flip home. We are excited to get the rehabbing process started. I'm now running into the problem of wanting to start getting another house going as well but funds limit us to doing one house at a time. Is this a normal problem to have? Or should we invest in some rentals first to get some cash flow going so we can afford multiple flips at once? Also a side note does anyone know how to get the pet pee smell out of a house? House has stained concrete floors and still has that smell. Do we need to pre treat he concrete with something before putting the flooring down? TIA.

Yes, that seems extremely high. I just had a 1550 SqFt house painted for around $3500 exterior and interior.

@Ned Carey Thank you Ned! We were able to knock off roughly 7k so I'm assuming their number was pretty padded like you said.

My partner and I are about to close on our first fix and flip house. I was curious if we needed to have a title company in place already or if we just use what ever title company the hard lender goes through?

Thanks in advance!

How much wiggle room does a whole seller have? Meaning if I think there is more rehab than they budgeted for can I talk them down on their purchase price or do they tend to be set with their numbers? Thanks, Johnny

Hey guys just wanted to introduce my self. My name is Johnny and I'm planning on getting into REI with my co-worker( Flipping house to begin with). We have been doing research for a couple months now and I don't think we can fit anymore information in our heads.... But we keep trying. Our goal is to get our first house by the end of this month. We are looking in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area and all other surrounding areas. I plan on getting my Realtor license after this first flip to help with profit and get access to MLS. All of the discussion boards have already been very helpful. Just trying to get out of "Analysis Paralysis". We're ready to make that jump!

Have a great day!
