I am currently fielding around refi options on my investment properties.  I have come across a couple different companies and I figured I would jump on the BP Board to see if anyone has experience with any of the many online refi companies out there.

B2R

QuickenLoans

Arbor Loan Express

My current loan is an asset backed loan which I would like to no longer be under those terms.
