So I am about 99.9% sure I don't know poo about real estate, Yet. I do know some of the key lingo and a little bit about the different types of investing, but I am trying to learn as much as possible so when the day comes to invest I want fall on my face, at least not immediately... I am currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and he discusses the four things necessary to improve financial intelligence: 1: Accounting 2: Investing 3: Understanding Markets 4: The Law (laws of real estate and tax benefit methods/strategies) What I would love to get out of this post are some sources about those four topics to best introduce and learn these ideas. If you have personal advice or knowledge on these topics comment or even message me and we can chat and learn together. Thanks for reading 😊 Cheers, Kody
