Where to find an advanced Business/Real Estate Investing Coach?

My business partner and I have decided that we want to hire a business coach with a specialization in Real Estate Investing to help us take a look at our business and help us grow and become more efficient.

I say "advanced" because we will do 50+ deals this year (both flips and rentals) and would really like someone who can take a higher level look at our entire company and help us optimize it.

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

We are in the Columbus, Ohio so someone close would be great but obviously that may be tough considering the specialization we are looking for.
