How do you determine when to make offers over the phone vs in-per
-son(for properties convenient to view). Is it just a matter of workload, how many you can afford to take the time wait to see first? Do you first investigate the underlying motivation? Do you always throw out a ballpark range offer to test their reaction? What do you normally do?
