Northern NJ Real Estate Investing Groups

Hello BP Community! I am a first time poster and fairly new member to BP. I am very new to the Real Estate Investing Community. I hope to close on my first deal late in 2016! I am looking to invest in buy and hold properties, but I am open to other types of investments as well. I also hold my NJ Real Estate license. 

I am looking for some local Northern New Jersey real estate groups to help me gain some knowledge and insight into investing. What are some local groups that everyone is a part of?
