WHAT DO YOU LIKE BETTER 2 UNITS 3 UNITS OR 4 UNITS?
Hello BP nation,
I have been looking for 3 or 4 units for a while ( Just got an offer turned down on a 3 unit by the bank), This has me thinking about the possibility of 2 families for investing, because there are so many more of them for sale, however 2 families are not my first choice.
I'd like to hear your thoughts on 2 families vs 3 units or 4 units. Or why you like one over the other.
Thanks
Henry

Starting small has a good enough learning curve for the Newbie landlord. Unless you've manage rentals before, I recommend learning to walk before trying to run.
