i have read into this situation for a while and the only way to get the ripoff report off of google is to get a court order for Google to delist it. Ripoff report will not take it down for nothing they have been sued lots of time, and always win b/c of some law. (Freedom of speech I think) so the attorney I was talking about that cost 6k has did this for other people.

I have been doing direct mail off and on since 2010. Back in 2012 someone went on ripoff report and said I was a scam artist. When I first notice this is was not a big deal b/c it didn't show up on first page of google. But now it's the first listing on google search and I'm losing a lot of business b/c of this. I think anyway.

Here is the post

"I received a very unprofessional handwritten note from "Lamont Jones" expressing interest in buying my "property in Lynchburg, VA". He did not specificy which property. The return address is a post office box. The Lynchburg web site shows no property owned by KC Realty or Lamont Jones.

In my other research I turned up a complaint on this web site stating that the same company, but different name, was operating an identity theft scheme.
I did not attempt to contact this person."

I have been looking at ways to get this removed. If you do a search of removing ripoff report on Google all kinds of remedies come up, I won't bore u with all the suggestions. It seems the most reliable one is to Get Google to Delist the Report from its Index.  Which means I would have to get a court order and that would cost me 6k minimum attorneys retainer fee.

I have been thinking of using a different name on my postcards and letters but that might be unethical?  What do u think, would it be wrong to use a fake name or any other suggestions on getting rid of this ripoff report    .

Nicole W. So you stopped using your ups mailbox and started using usps street address format, for you business address. I need to start one or the other but I am scared to use the usps street address b/c it says in my paper work "You may not use the street address option as your physical residence or place of business in legal documents." Which would be LLC paperwork. Correct?????? Just asking different opinions b/c $80yr is a big difference from $300yr. What kind of trouble would someone get in if someone found out i was using a po box as business address.

I was also told that the mold test are not accurate and I should get a dehumidifier run for a week and retest before calling in the mold experts.

I asked was it something that made them request mold test, he said no buyers have kids and wanted it.

I have a house that I've remodeled and listed for sale.   Was under contract but buyers backed out after mold air test came back positive.  The home inspector said he didn't see any signs of mold and could not tell me where it could be.  He tested two areas bath upstairs and room in basement.  So I asked him whats the fix for this problem without seeing any mold anywhere, his answer, was to start looking behind drywall.

Has anyone ever experienced this and whats the best way to go about getting this fixed without tearing out the whole house?

Post: how to form an llc with personal property trust as members

I was told that u could form a llc with a personal property trust, so your name do not show up on the state website as members. so the members would be the personal property trust and me the beneficiary of the trust, b/c the trust not recorded in public records my name is not known.
i was just wondering has anyone setup a llc this way.
