Condo rentals in Steamboat, Colorado

Hi there. I was wondering about your (Biggerpockets Community) experience with condo rentals in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This wonderful mountain town, a few hours away from Denver offers great snow sports in the winter along with biking, fishing, and other outdoor activities in the warmer months. I'm in the preliminary phase of considering a condo for renting there. I was wondering what kind of vacancy rates other investors have experienced there? Also, rental rates pretty strong? I'm worried about the large surplus of condos in the area and wouldn't want this condo sitting vacate for long periods of time. Thanks!
