Commercial Property Assessment
For those experienced commercial real estate investors, what do you see as a most important aspect to that property. I am starting to invest with a couple others and we want to get a start in the commercial realm.
What do you investors look for specifically when assessing commercial properties? Any hints or ideas would greatly appreciated! Thank you all for responses to my other posts as well!
