I truly want to be able to pick up and leave my job to do REI full time. I am considering and willing to work with hard money lenders to flip, and also build a portfolio of rentals for passive income. Looking to make 10-15k a month. I would love a mentor in DE,NJ, or PA. I am free on Thursdays and Sunday's to serve and help out any way I can.
