Bird Dogging in San Diego

Hey San Diego investors,

Last week I took my first (baby) steps into the REI world by asking folks how to run down a couple of leads I have. I'm really appreciate the reply's I received, especially those who went out of their way to track down some very helpful information on those properties for me. I'm working those leads and hopefully I can make something happen. In the meantime I would like to find a seasoned investor to do some "Bird Dogging" for.
