I am in negotiations with Hubzu on a property that I was highest bidder. Are they legit or a pain to deal With?

Hubzu acts as an advertising conduit and the properties for sale on the site are 'listed' by licensed brokers. Many listings also have an MLS number for your local or regional MLS listing equivalent. From what I can tell Altisource (NYSE: AAMC) owns the site. It looks like you need to be a broker to place a property on their site.... so are you negotiating with the owner (financial institution) or the broker?
