Property Manager in Indianapolis
Hello,
We own close to 100 properties in class C/D areas and also have section 8 tenants in Indianapolis. We have an in house property manager but its not working for us anymore. Seems like we have to micromanage everything PM does. I was hoping if we can find another good in house property manager but am open to property management companies.
We already outsourced our maintenance side to appfolio, tenants call appfolio 24/7 line and they call the contractor if emergency otherwise create a ticket which gets emailed to our contractors. So, we need someone who can work on leasing side of the things. Any suggestions?
Thanks
