Finding my way in this Real Estate World

Hello fellow BPer's after many many podcast I've finally figured out how I'll try to get into this real estate game. It's been a harder then excepted task because every podcast there is a new idea or way you think that might work for you in your area. I kept hearing one simple procedure that mostly all investors use, the bell finally rang in my head. Direct Marketing, Direct Marketing, Direct Marketing. But then I had to figure out a way to use my towns assessor website and now I could see the goldmine that's out there.
