Turnkeys that are around since atleast last 10 years

Hi BP,

I know this is going to be a long shot but still let me throw this question out there.

Do you know any turnkey companies that have been around from before crash days i.e. successfully survived the crash and are still in business? Its ok if they dont have any good properties to sell right now, but they need to be still around looking for the next opportunity.

Also I am not looking for the middlemen TK companies, but the seller at the source.
