I ran across a wholesaler on eBay recently. The seller has about 200+ feedback from wholesaling houses. The seller says that he gets the deals in bulk directly from the bank. My question is: How does a person get deals in bulk directly from the bank at a steep discount? (Note: He lists with no reserve price)
